    This is a longer induction than my usual for folks who like to take is slow but firm. It does install a reinduction trigger as do all my inductions. All my inductions also install the SAME trigger, so any of my non-induction files can be paired with them.

    Great induction for stress, and the counting was very effective. Generally a good file although the pause could have been a little longer.

    Very hit and miss for me. One time it seemed to help get down. Others I’m just listening and as far as I can tell nothing useful happens. Unsure if the trance trigger actually works. It might have worked once to a point. But after that... Not really.
