simple induction followed by a bring up and then further down and again...image as you are coming out ..you go down a water slide to a pool..then rise again...only to choose another water slide down to the ocean..a short vacation on a beach...followed by trigger to allow you to return to this beach all in just a few minute... like a vacation wrapped up in no time...this file took me deep in no time..and is very relaxing..great if you like a beach and a water slide... if you don't, it would probably not be relaxing..binaural surf in the background is really effective with this
