  • Pink Noise Binaural
This is a pink noise binaural that goes from 16hz (beta) to 7.5 (theta) gradually stepping down within 5 mins. The end, it takes you from 7.5 to 16hz in just a few minutes. It is a spatially generated file, instead of two tone and it sounds like static/rain. This is my first uploaded file, so I would love some feed back. I will upload more varieties if this one is found useful.

I wouldn\'t be surprised if that\'s where the origins lay.

Different frequencies of sound are generally given color names such as \"pink noise\", \"brown noise\" (deep, sort of bassy), \"blue noise\", \"gray noise\", etc. They\'re just different frequencies of noise, basically.

So what would one use this file for then?
