What's the difference between this and the subliminal version? Which is more effective

In this file, you can clearly hear the suggestions. In the subliminal ones, you can't, because they are hidden behind music or sound, or special technology has been used to make them silent. In both this file and the subliminal ones, special hypnotic language has been used to make the suggestions more easily accepted by your unconscious mind. For many people, this file seems to be more effective. For some people though, the suggestions are more easily accepted when you cannot hear them consciously, as in the subliminal version. I would start with this version (the waking hypnosis loop), and if I wanted an extra boost or I wanted to get useful suggestions into my brain all the time, without having to listen to suggestions consciously, I would add the subliminal versions. Especially the first times you listen, it is better if you listen consciously. Otherwise, you will have a similar effect to listening to subliminals.
