Since this thread seems to be active again, and I didn't get a dare last time I posted, I'll try again.

How long should I listen for?

Since (potentially) reaching orgasm is part of the file, you should listen until you either:

- Orgasm 10 times total while following the instructions in the file - if you don't, it doesn't count
- Fail to orgasm 3 times in a row while listening to the file (because you're going limp)

The limp or premature file doesn't really seem to do much for me. Really, those "stroke while you listen" ones aren't a good fit I'm afraid. I get hard pretty quickly from touching and listening, no matter what the voice says, and I've usually managed to orgasm by the end. In hindsight, maybe I'm already a bit premature, or at least good enough at masturbating / bad enough at edging for it to matter in this context. Two weeks later of the file brownbobby suggested. After 2 weeks on a dare and continuing to listen till now:

~2 1/4 inch - 6cm semi hard(can't get past that)

So let's call it a success, at least for me.

I'm definitely not opposed to this file, but I'm gonna be honest, in the past I've spent some money on some really comfortable underwear, and at the moment I'm broke. I'm a little early, but I listened each day this week and it only sort of worked on me. I feel like a weight from my chest, but it's very, very subtle. I don't really feel compelled to keep listening as others might be. I think if you have this desire deep down, this might be more effective on you.
