Welcome! With this file, I will invite you into a deep trance with my hand paralysis induction. Remember that I leave the option to wake up at the end of the induction, so if you would like to continue, you can absolutely ignore that part. 

If it interferes with your trance (one person so far has told me that it has) I may remove it, so please let me know. 

Once you are deep in a trance, I will help you retrain your brain to be proud of fat, whether it is your own body, or someone you want to encourage. 

As with all of my files, a safety of being able to extract yourself mid-trance if you feel any extreme discomfort or danger is embedded throughout, so you can feel safe and secure knowing that you can trust me, that I will not do anything you don’t already want, somewhere deep down.
