i think you made an interesting approach making the file. it is well done (like the my girl file), even though the voice sounds like text2speech. there is a big number of suggestions, some affecting the very core of ones (gender) identity and behavior. unfortunately they are not strong enough to affect me, but some other ppl might profit i think. i think the effects would be stronger if not the entire set of suggestions would be placed in one file but rather in a series of files that are building one on the other. also the voice should better say as you hear this in favor of "as you read this"
