    To add on; the file has very, very strong recurring urges that it instills in you, which makes it rather potent. If you can\'t compartmentalize it and trigger it yourself, you\'re going to be triggered very often and very strongly by the file.     Listened to the file over and over again last night. Deep deep relaxation and sinking in of Miss Eleanor words. After some loops I lost track of time and I would only come back on the final count of three to awaken. I woke up the next morning with the concept of Miss Eleanor firmly planted in my mind and extreme arousal. And when I met her later, the sensations and effect came back on full force, and felt compeled to obey Miss Eleanor orders when given. I recommend this file to anyone wanting to experience deep submitting.
