Another one of my small hypnosis files. After you are in a trance induced by a resistance induction, and you go through a staircase and a gate deepener, then add this command in to help you fall instantly into a trance state. Add this to your normal nightly hypnosis routine, and in a week or two when you find that hearing the trigger word is actually making you feel instantly deeply relaxed, then add the obey training script as well, and it will help you practice going in and out of instant trance states.
