For anyone who is nervous about this file (she tells you not to preview it/have a friend check it for you) I listened to it without the induction to make sure it is okay, and to make sure she doesn't ask you to do anything dangerous or illegal. Don't listen to it first, as it will spoil some of the hypnotic effect. You can trust it. I would say that you'll want to be completely alone in your house because you'll feel compelled to say some things out loud. So unless your roommates are into this kind of stuff too, make sure you're alone.

I absolutely love this file, and I couldn't even resist obeying her. I'm the type that like to be commanded around in hypnosis by other people, and my friends aren't really into this kind of thing. Please make more of these files!
