TRANSFORMATION: state of mind alteration and basic methods, part 2

(Here is part 2, have fun and good luck with all of this, if you have questions about anything feel free to ask.)

. 1. Example: Werewolf. I have done quite a few meditations and hypnosis type exercises to have very powerful transformation type effects into a werewolf state of being, I do still need practice myself to achieve greater states of mind with this but what I have had is enough for me to safely say...this works or can if you go about it correctly and with patience.

. If someone were to want a wolf-like form to be seen/connected to with themselves it would make the most sense then, to look at several images of wolves, werewolves, the moon, forests, etc. Things that would make them think more about what they are trying to experience, movies are another thing that could possibly help in this same way although not as much considering a movie follows a script and isn't as abstract as it probably should be to be utilized in this manner.

. Music however is a great thing to use along with imagery to experience these types of things; in my case dark orchestral gothic styled music or hell even metal has been useful in achieving these states later on. This isn't to say all music that is to be used has to necessarily be "dark" natured as each person has their own way of feeling about their transformation and therefore different music will probably be used which is completely fine.

. If nothing else with lyrics works or you can't think of what to use just find something instrumental and meditative from youtube or something. Most music will work as long as you can stay focused while listening to it and looking through the imagery of whatever species you are trying to form a bond with

. So for wolves, someone would look through their wolf/werewolf gallery on their computer while listening to something that might be appropriate (Wolf Moon by Type Zero Negative maybe? Lol kidding..thats the only song I actually can stand by them no offense to those who like the band). That's just an example though to help you figure out what you'd like to try out before moving on to the next step.

. 2. Meditation. Many people will read that first word and think "Oh great I can't even focus on things long enough with my eyes open". As difficult as people make it out to be meditation is actually quite simple in a few ways. If you can't do the whole, sitting down for an hour while focusing on this and breathing like that there are other ways to go about it.

. a.) Instead of sitting "indian-style" as most people say to do try sitting on a sofa with your back against the cushion feet over the side on the floor. This is a very relaxing position for meditation and sometimes can help more than sitting on the floor; the only issue is being able to stay awake.

. b.) Instead of trying to focus on one specific change, remember the images you looked at of your specific alter ego, character, etc. that you wish to see yourself/feel as. Also try to see all the previous images you looked at beforehand of wolves or whichever animal is tied to that being you wish to become.

. c.) Lastly try to breath at a regular pace all the while, don't try breathing slowly suddenly as soon as you sit down expecting it to help right away. It won't, your body just got done moving around the room and sitting in a new position; it's better to just wait a minute to let your body adjust and then you can more calmly breath as slowly and as comfortably as you want.

. Breathing techniques: 1. When relaxed, breathe in for a count of 3 to 4 seconds, hold the breath for 4 seconds and then exhale for a count of 3 seconds at least very slowly don't try to over-exert yourself here.

. 2. If you have difficulty counting out how long you're holding your breath or dislike the first method simply breathe whichever way you want to. The only thing I would add to that though is to keep your breathing in a pattern. If your breathing is in a pattern and your mind is thinking of the images of wolves (or whatever) the pattern for the images while you're that relaxed will be more easily tuned into the way you're breathing.

. This works by literally "taming" your brain into a different state of mind. It isn't always easy at first but you will notice distinct results if followed through patiently.

. I will give a more drawn out technique to follow this one, I'm sorry that I took so long to get back to everyone who asked for help so I hope this can make up for it.

.........and now im shakeing in my chair again............ also , for the chi breathing your supposed to make you breaths that long but you not aloud to hold them , you have to continuasly in and exhale without stoping.............
