Chapter 1

I'm in my 40s and late last year met a Master from elsewhere into hypno. I met up with him three times and found watching the spirals on his computer and following his instructions very relaxing and arousing. I am new to this site and more looking for relaxation (less stress) plus transformation in fitness and sexual confidence and ability. I do not have much to write about yet sorry but keen to explore this site. I think this is meant as a journal entry but I am wondering if you become bonded to one voice or can easily switch to others? My first experiences have been feeling deeply relaxed and comfortable to trust and obey the Master. I guess it takes time and patience and finding the right things or person that works best for you.
