    I am psoting a series of 7 20 minute Audios. Listen to one for a week for best results. Listening with head phones is best a few times, and then you can play as background. The first few times you are getting the training and then your mind, body and spirit will do fine with background. The sessions are very powerful using lots of special sounds for each chakra. Feedback is most welcome
