I've read a thread in the forums from 2007 where user CG091581 gave a binaural/monaural tone setup. I thought having raw files for use would be useful to all. This file is the Schumann resonance (7.83 cycles/sec) alpha binaural, as described in the thread. It is stereo, amplitude modulation at 1 cycle/sec, 10 minutes long and loopable. Keep pan center in sequencer/audio editor. Normalized at -2db, adjust volume in sequencer or audio editing program for use.
