    As I said in the comments of the other section, if people could use hypnosis to age backwards then everyone could do it. Meaning lots of people would be using hypnosis to age backwards.\n\nIt\'s the mental changes you want to focus on. Really changing a person\'s perception of themselves and the world around them. Shifting their mindset. That\'s what the focus should be on. Shifting their minds into that of a teenager.\n\nSo they views themselves as a teenager and view the world thru the figurative \"eyes\" of a teenager.
