I really enjoy this file alot it seems to be well written and has had some great effects on me after only a week or 2 of listening but i tend to loop files while doing other things. a kitty friend of mine once told me to give that a try and it seemed to work well for me but enough of that. thank you so much Bethy59 for such a great file
