Using Erickson techniques, several different story/viewpoints are discussed with the intent of changing how your subconscious handles bladder control. This file uses several statements that induce amnesia to the session. I would appreciate any comments about that. Even though I wrote the script, I find that I have very little memory of the session upon awakening, which I must say is pretty cool. Presumably, your subconsicous is working on what it learned while in trance. Things will happen at your own pace. I would liken it to a memory challenge. Like when you cannot remember a name and suddenly, perhaps hours later, the name pops into your head. Your subconsious was working on it all that time. This should be the same. We don\'t know when results will come, but we an expect them too eventually. WOH

I have a hard time remembering the contents of this file after listening to it. But then again, I can hardly remember anything from a file if I trance during it. As a side note, listening to this file a few times in a row has left my bladder muscles feeling much looser than usual. So, there\'s that.

Your repeating term of 'putting things together in just the right way' didn't make a lot of sense to me, after listening to a lot of your files. But I finally get what you mean. While I was resting after a listen, my conscious and subconscious mind found a sort of medium that worked for both --For me, it manifested as something of a conversation, but I also understood it'd be different for everyone. My subconscious mind never liked the idea of being forced, or unable to hold. It just hated the thing in the bathroom, a fear I never got over. My conscious and subconscious can find an accord here. And I finally get what you mean by putting it together in 'just the right way'.
