This is an ultrasonic subliminal file. There may be some faint pops and hissing due to the nature of ultrasonic frequencies, but should not be distracting. For best results, play this file at a moderate level with some light background noise. Loop the audio for for reinforcement of behavior change. I recommend a loop lasting a minimum of one hour per session (longer is better, and during sleep is most effective). Subliminal audio will influence behavior and implant thoughts.
