    A second attempt by the pup to make a file suitable for playing on a loop whist at the gym. Uses a second high bpm track from Dragon Master - this time with an occassional voice making you visualise hot entranced jocks and their muscular enslved bodies. Beneath this is the body of "Curse MuscleBound", edited to remove the "Muclebound" trigger; this is followed by the body of "Train Gay jock" - combined they should help ensare your zoned-out mind and aching body, and turn you into a massively muscled and horny gay male jock-boy...     Bravo! Bravo! Very well done! I don't know how well this is going to work, but I can tell you just from the one listen that I did to check it out, I like it very much. Choice of music is great. Body feels a little weird right now, don't know what that's from, but I wonder what will happen when I listen to it when really working out.

    I like this one a lot. GREAT for workouts. But though the 'playtime' indicates 2h 43 min, my download is only about 15 or 16 minutes in duration. Anyone know how I can get the longer version?

    Ok, I\'m gonna try this file daily for two weeks and hope to report every day about the results.\nDay 1.\nLike others I don\'t like the aspect of hairloss. Would like to be even more hursuit, especially chest, arms and back. Listened to the original train gay jock by EMG and liked the extra beard, more testosteron and more stamina.\nJust returned from training, found out that the music is not suitable for the weight training, neither during warming up and cooling down. But it is perfect for the cardio training period. I found out that the music increases my tempo on the crosstrainer. It seems I can hardly understand what the voices say, so I guess I\'ll have to listen to the original ones more closely.\nI use a crosstrainer program of 32 minutes with a target heart beat of 75% of my maximum heart beat. This is at 135 beats per minute. Normally I burn about 300 kcal during this training. Due to the increased speed I mentioned earlier my heart beat gets higher and thus the resistance of the machine lower. The result is about half of the burned calories: 156. I side effect I don\'t like. The music however makes the 32 minutes less boring.\nNow the statistics: weight 95.4 kg, body fat 37.0%, water 45.4%.\nApparently I should drink more. Guess the body weight won\'t decrease the coming two weeks. Hope the body fat percentage will. See you tomorrow.

    Day 2. Tried the file during warming up, but again found out that it starts too fast. So now decided to use it during the half hour of cardio training with headphones. Yesterday I wrote that I burned a lot less calories than normal, today we are back on 200 kcal, so I guess yesterday was an exception, maybe I was more excited which brought up a higher heart beat rate, and thus the machine would make it easier for me.\nStatistics: 94.3 kg, 33.2% body fat, 48.7% water.\nDiffers a lot from yesterday, maybe one of the two measurements is faulty.

    Day 3.\nNormally I use the file when working out in my home gym. Yesterday evening I went to the local gym. You cannot put on earphones over there. The strange thing that happened was that during the cardio workout I kept repeating a mantra: \"I am a gym jock - I will train every day - I will become masculine - macho - I will get a higher testoserone level - my body fat will decrease - I\'ll have nice abs, nice biceps (etc) - I\'ll have a fuller black beard - I will have lots of body hair - etc. Of course I did this willingly and with full state of mind, but the strange thing was that I wanted to repeat this over and over again. Something I never wanted before.\nStatistics this morning: 92.3 kg 34.8% body fat 47.5% water.

    Day 4. It\'s remarkable, but I\'m much more motivated to do the cardio training. Normally I find the 30 minutes of cardio training very long and boring. After abut 20 minutes I\'m regularly looking at the clock to see when I can stop. I\'m not sure whether I\'m more motivated to train and thus want to train longer and listen to this hypno file, or that it is because of this hypno file that I want to train longer. Today I trained 40 minutes cardio, and only the last two minutes I was glad that it was almost over. Again had the mantra: I am a gay gym jock - I have lots of testosteron - it makes me desirable - My body fat will decrease - etc.\nAfter 30 minutes I checked my calories burned, to be able to compare with previous measurements.\nStatistics: after 30 minutes burned 254 calories (did I say kilocalories earlier? My fault, I meant calories. 92.7 kg, 34.5% body fat 47.7% water.

    Day 6. The effect seems to wear down. Today I\'m constantly looking at the timer to see how many minutes I have to go. Hope this is only once. Statistics: 30 minutes cardio: 310 cal (!) We\'re back on old levels, although the only change in the program is that I train 40 minutes, but still measure after 30 minutes. Weight: 92.8 kg; 35.3% body fat; 47.2% water. Bit of a disappointment

    Day 7. Just finished this sunday training. Finally I heard where the part is about the body hair loss. I first thought it was only one sentence. But now that I listen better to it it is much langer, about four or five sentences. I\'ll need a strong will to keep my body hair.\nStatistic: 30 min cardio: 258 calories. Body weight: 93.0, almost back to last week :-(.\n34.5% fat; 47.8% water

    Day14. I skipped the daily comment, because there was nothing really important to tell. This is the last post at the end of my fortnight trial period.\nThe plus side of this file: 13 out of 14 times I trained. Apparently the file improves my motivaion, although the motivation effect seems to diminish after a while. One time I preferred to fuck a leatherbear instead of training - so I\'m not sure the file adjusts my priorities correctly (you can read this both ways :)\nDoes it have results? Well, I don\'t know about the hair loss. That is something I really wouldn\'t want to, well maybe with the exception of hair on my butt and balls, and possibly hair on top. So during the phrases about the hair loss I was repeating a mantra about lots of hair on my chest, and abs, and full beard (the second half of the file is talking about a fuller beard).\nDid it have results, in other words, can this be written in the success stories?\nStarted with weight 95.4, body fat 37.0% water 45.4%\nDay 7: weight: 93.0; fat: 34.5%; water: 47.8\nDay 14: weight 92.6; fat: 35.1%; water: 47.3\nSo apparently the daily training helped me to loose weight and body fat, although the second week the effect was gone. After my vacation I\'ll do the daily training with the file again and report the results after a month.

    For sheer sybaritic, satyromaniacal pleasure this is off the chart, at least for me. The whole thing should be a porno track. I used it to get off this first time rather than for motivation, but now that I\'ve read the other comments, I\'ll have to sync it with iTunes and try it during my dry cardio in the morning. Hot, hot, hot! I don\'t even care whether it works or not, it\'s just awesome to listen.
