    Day 23 of EMG's 2020 Quarantine File a Day project.  In this hypnosis session I will set a trigger in your mind so that if someone you know sends you a command surrounded by brackets [] you will immediately and subconsciously follow the command.  This will work in email, text or chat but only if they are addressed to you(don't want random stories on the internet triggering people).  You will never remember the commands that are given, or even listening to this file.
