this did a bit for me. i still feel uncoordinated a little. one listen. scentence structure and typing are hard. most of me is still here. but i am lazy. if you want this i approve of the suggestions in it. god ive deleted so much text to make this... I had one question. In the effects section it 'Only while under.' How can that be if it leads to permanent regression, based on the suggestions in the file.
