    The file aims to help your muscles recover, repair, regrow and adapt stronger for the next workout, as well as establish some good habits and good association with growing and working out.

    For a bodybuilder, a jock, an athlete or whoever looking to build muscle. No dumbign down and nothing gender-specific (except for testosterone increase). 

    No induction, use a generic one if you want.
