    I asked for a file that wouldn't just put someone in diapers, but make sure they'd never get OUT of them ever again. This worked better than I could have hoped. The trigger to "relax when you feel pressure" led to messing my diaper in a conversation with someone at work, and it felt GOOD to be so helpless. I'd recommend being diapered for your first few listens...especially if his work has had any effect on you before.
