I put trigger (by yourself) cause not putting a trigger phrase felt disingenous but the trigger that's in it is for me to use not yourself.

I’ve come back to this a handful of times now. I’m always pleasantly surprised how relaxed this file makes me, there’s always those few extra points of relaxation in every part of my body. For some reason I’m often embarrassed to smile while in trance, every time I finish listening to this I have a giant smile across my face, it’s hard not to after you feel good.
