Jack made this custom file for me (great experience by the way!). Straight away I could feel some subtle changes. And the more I listen, the more I see the changes. I feel the need to pee and by the time I really realise it, I am already wetting my diaper. Especially when distracted by another task. It is sometimes so quick that I even wonder if I did realise I needed to pee in the first place. It is not happening every time I wear my safety pin, yet but I can see it happening more and more. Hoping others can get the same result!
