It does work, you just have to be in the right state of mind prior to using it.\nIt took me a few tries before the trance set in properly.

yeah it works quite well listen to binaural beats for 20 min in a dark and comfortable place then play the file

This actually works I can feel my golden retriever tail wiggling around behind me right now as I'm writing this comment this incision is seemed like a phantom limb but I've only listen to it once so far I'll definitely add weight after listening to it again
