Bought this. Read the script. I think it would be good for someone who is completely focused on building a huge body, but it seems pretty light on the mindset that goes with masculine and manly attitudes. I would prefer the mindset to be emphasized with the suggestion that one can grow the ideal type of body one wants to complement the mindset.
