how many times should you play this?

i would know how many times you have to play this... im willing to listen to it as many times as possible before it works though.

is it only urself can do this or can someone do it to me?

It says in the file description that only you can trigger it. How many times you have to listen will depend on your personality.. for many one time will be enough, for others it might take a few tries.. so why not just try it right now and then tell us how well it worked?

I used it three times before I \'felt\' the transformation.

Can I just loop it while I sleep?

I\'ve used this for a week straight, two times a da. When I said the trigger nothing happened. When I looked at myself in the mirror, nothing happened. When I was in trance, nothing happened.\n\nI have to work on visualization, so I used the other file to help visualization. That didn\'t help.\n
