    Keen for this to work. To date I have tranced to it probably 100 times. And the best effect the trigger has so far (while not in trance) is a tightness behind my eyes. BUt nothing else. If I'm under, then it does have a greater effect, of really grabbing my body. But can't say that it creates a compulsion. Only 4 months doing hypno so maybe with more experience? Note that it's not just this file. No files give me triggers or suggestions to any great degree.
