I listened to this file and it did work. I bought marshmellows and broke them in small pieces and shoved them in my anus. I drove 30 minutes and I could feel my bowels become very loose. I USED 5!! Had no diaper and I could not hold my bowels or bladder. All night in a diaper I still am wetting and pooping and have had 2 changes. The feeling is marvelous!! Its fun letting go and I was not sure about pooping but I love it!! Try it.
