This is a really excellent file. I left it playing in the background while I was getting some work done. Highly effective (as evidenced by my recent willingness to comment and share lots of details that I would usually be quite shy about.) Of course, I still have to be a bit cautious about matters of privacy, but that is less a matter of shame than simple discretion.
