I liked it, it has a good efect in me although i have a problem with the prase beign a mosnter, for some social problems i have. But it helped a lot, unfortunally it also make, hard to use other files to this site, before this i was a very submisive guy to files, now its hard to hear files, and i only listen to this file like one time, it\'s like i have a big lock in my mind now, and i can\'t put it down
