    You cannot listen to more than one file at a time. You need to have a scheduled time to listen every day. Also caffeine and tobacco can prevent you from going into trance. If you want results, wear headphomes. Listen to the hypnotist while visualizing the file and nothing else. This is a master file and will take an experienced trancer to get results.     A well made file though I think there is a point I think it could be improved upon which is better description about the sensation for the breast themselves. Since a description better would allow for a male like myself to have an easier time understanding what having a pair would be like. Plus even for those who are female adding in a visual and sensational component would still improve the files ultimate goal by giving listener a basic of understanding what the effects should feel like and so giving there minds a point to build off from.
