Last night was the first time I tried this whole hypnosis thing while trying to sleep, and it seems that something or someon doesnt want me to go to sleep. At three in the fucking morning there was a police chace, my heater started making some wierd noises, and the couple that live above me decided that three in the fucking morning was a great time to start fighting. Eventualy I decided to stop trying to go to sleep and watch some TV. I managed to fall asleep after watching ssome old recorded episodes of star trek. I still had the files running when I fell asleep but I think that star trek sunk in more than the furry trig thing.
