I have been using the Cheetu files for awhile I am using the ebook that is given to achieve better results(i.e time listening to the file). I'm on step 4 atm with 30 days left 5 times or more a day for Aura, Hormones, being feminized. I just started 7 days ago on suggestivefem. So no real big results noticed atm.
