Well I started to try hypnosis yesterday. I'm trying the IncreaseMetabolism file. But I have so many doubts about it. I'm not sure if I'm really into trance or not. Well as I've been reading, it's not as easy to say. I'll try listening the file as many times as possible this week to see if I can see any results.
