So, I will say that I have never felt that I truly reached trance with a recording untill I listened to this custom file. I remember most of it, but there was just something different about how I felt. It's a bit hard to describe. as far as changes, I have in fact been a bit constantly turned on since the second or third listen, though havent noticed any premature problems, and neither has my girlfriend. I did see nikki today, and i felt a bit different looking at her. Just a feeling I couldnt describe washing over me. I don't think I can go as far as saying I was checking her out, but it was a new feeling. Took a listen to another of Sylvia's files, aching, and was impressed with the quality of trance from that file as well. No noticable effects after the first 5 minutes of waking up, but thats to be expected I guess since I only listened once.
