I listened to the file "You need cock (mp3)" for five or so hours solid yesterday, while watching Doctor Who (show unrelated), then again later for about three. It has no induction or anything, just some messages with an echo with a gentle drum in the background. After a while, I did actually begin to look for objects to suck on, I used my own fingers for half an hour or so, then a candy cane until it was gone. It felt almost like when you're looking for something you lost, like, for example a music player. I didn't feel like I needed it, but I was frustrated that I couldn't find anything. I don't know how much the file was involved, which is why I didn't want something so simple, but it's a fine way to start. Maybe I'll build off this to something more complex.
