I listened to Email Slave twice just now, back to back. EMG's voice feels very good in my head, like it belongs there. I am very eager to be tested. I hope Master contacts me very soon. I want to watch myself do something I don't expect. I want to feel a little control slipping away from me. I want to feel Master's control over me strengthen. I'm going to listen once more before I fall asleep.

see that's a good use of the urge, when you need to check for an email use the mp3, allow yourself to check only at a set time (schedule yourself) that way you won't be hooked checking it :)
