Just did one go through of Bull Power yesterday afternoon. I seem to just remember the inductions and the end about being courteous at the gym. 

Pent up sexual energy was too great.  I managed to get fully drained.

Busy day..but also wearing a jizz soaked jock l. Hope to get some sessions in this afternoon. I really need to focus on diet and exercise and work. I think i'm putting too much conscious energy into it all... getting some loss of control fears too.
