Yeah, I know I skipped week 4.  I've been busy. 

So, I come to the end of my month long dare.  I can't say I've noticed any real physical changes, and I'm not sure I went into trance every time I listened (it's hard for me to go into trance, but I think I'm getting better), but I did like the way I felt when listening to the file (especially the times I think I reall tranced).  I might keep listening off and on, or I might move on to another file.  I know this isn't the most exciting post, but I did say I would keep making updates throughout the month.
