Start with an induction. Then move on to whatever your master feels you could use, unless you are doing this without his knowledge to make yourself a better slave for him... In that case, we'll need more information. Xale

The induction files and the deeperner are nice places to start. I listened to them both back to back and found it worked very well that way. As the induction files say you should listen to them over and over untill you get used to them. Good luck to you ~Patches~

hi there if you have never been hypnotized before i'd recommend GSInduction or the one just called Induction if you're a visual thinker, i think the GuidedInduciton ones are pretty good. if you want to jump "ahead" you could try something tame like trigfeline Or if you're the more rowdy type, the 'showusyourtits'. That one makes a good test since it's the kind of thing that you're not likely to do naturally (well... maybe you are? :-) so there's a natural resistence to overcome Hope it helps -- cal
