I could not listen to the file in peace yesterday - but EMG's voice seemed more clear. Last night I awakened a couple of times needingto pee - I forced myself (?) to lie there and wet myself a little. I realized afterwards that trying to wet my bed only a little was too much control, making it difficult to allow the file to work. I have listened again today (and almost wet my pants when I was triggered!). Tonight I will wear a diaper to bed, so I am trying to exert too much control over myself.
