Cadence Induction

This is my first attempt at recording an induction file. I'd like to get some feedback. Before you mention it though, I'm aware the timing between my counting and the timing I state before that is not the same by any means. :P But seriously, any feedback would be helpful.

Also, I am told that a deepener might help a lot; I don't know what this is. Any sort of help there would be appreciated. Preferably, it wouldn't include the words "going deeper" or something like that, because I actually don't know what that means and can't replicate it in my head. :/
