Anyone that's good at page design could be helpful but a knowledge of PHP is a MAJOR plus and if you know PHP Nuke then a miracle has happened :) I know there are a variety of tools, technologies, etc out there that could be added to the site to make it even better(if you see a feature you've seen elsewhere and would like here let me know, I haven't seen it all). Heck, there may even already be modules for some of what I want, the trick is finding pieces and parts and adding them.

Still, if I can find some willing people(and I do currently have a volunteer or two), I'll be happy to hash over the list of ideas etc for the site and work with people on the tasks/challenges that they take on. I have time, just not enough to do it all myself.
