47 part 2 - paragraphs? And I answer the questions from the comments!

by rugbyjockca

Okay, so, in my comments a couple of entries ago, someone suggested something that obviously worked, but because it did, I couldn't see it. So, I did the "View source" trick, and it appears that I'm not supposed to be using "P" and "/P", it should instead be "br", so let's try that right now:
Man, I hope it works.

If it did, awesome.

So, I promised to answer questions in an entry and I got 3 comments, 2 with questions, and both questions were the same one: how often do you listen?

This week has been all screwed up, so it's a bad example. I'm going to refocus next week on listening and see what happens. Other than this week, though, I've been listening to BodyBuildingMachine once a day. I -usually- manage a listen either first thing in the morning or while going to sleep at night. The ideal is to do a focused listen, where I lie or sit down comfortably and focus entirely on the file. If time is tight, I'll listen to the file in the background of whatever I'm doing and just try to keep it in my thoughts on some level. If I have a lot of time, I like to play it on loop (with my alternate files) while doing something relatively mindless, like playing Civilization V on the computer for 6 hours straight which I swear I only ever do on Saturdays. The biggest problem with BBM is that it is a hefty file - 40 minutes - with one of EMG's longer inductions. Luckily the content is jam-packed, very focused, and (for me, anyway) intense.

The other files I listen to on a semi-regular basis are Curse Stroke Pumped, which I've just started doing, so no real opinion there, and Train Total Jock 3, which is mainly just for kicks...I wouldn't give it the same attention, mostly because of the dumbing down bits, but I like the fantasy of becoming that archetype, so I find it fuels my sexual fantasies a bit by keeping it in rotation. These 2 files I listen to less frequently, maybe 3-4 times a week. I'm trying to stay focused, though, so I'm not experimenting or doing the mix-and-match stuff like I would normally do. The goal is BBM for the long haul, so I don't want anything that might distract from that.

The last thing I'm doing is skyping with a buddy who's been helping me get deeper. It's a new experience for me, but it feels like it's being very helpful. He's helping me build that mind-muscle connection and fopcusing on making my sex drive a)unstoppable and b)directed to muscle growth. We're chatting about 20-45 minutes, 1 to 3 times a week. I'd love to do it more, but time constraints have been a bitch. Look for more comments about that work while it develops.

Anyway, I hope these paragraphs work, and thanks for all the postive feedback, guys. I love getting questions (helps to keep me motivated to post), and I especially love hearing other guys' experiences with this sort of thing: jocking, muscle growth, etc, so let me hear it!

Holy shit that's AWESOME! Thanks, Iamli3! You put me on the track to the solution. Being able to do paragraphs is probably the high point of my week.

uh no problem dude lol' i only just recently learned why that is too , for what im just assuming must mean that these journals go by for their filing type , the net uses a type of file called "HTML" which stands for something really obvious that i forgot because i can't remember things like that which is basically just like any other kind of file type there is with it's own unique functions in this case being formatted in a way that makes it universally readable to web browsers such as the one your using right now which is what sites - like this one - are made up of to be loadable to the web browser , and one of the functions of this file type is that in order to start a new line it needs the code < br > to make that new line for the rest of the data after it at least that's how i understand it , i didn't program that file type so idk why it has to do that i remember when someone finally told me about that , and i had to go back and fix up at least 7 times as must post as you have posted here , all just so that it would look neat and tidy for the 0 ppl (excluding myself) who'll actually read my journal...... civ suck bro , gotta get into 7K2 or shit like that :) also i find my mind numbing game is NZ cause i over played them so much i already know everything about all of them so i don't need to think about anything , just do , lol......
