I'm off to a really good start! File 1 is complete. I'm not sure if it's because I've already done the first few files before or because of how quickly I finished it, but I'm already feeling some effects. It's a really hard to describe feeling but I guess the closest thing I can thing of that's like it is like a cloudy or hazey feeling. I've definitely noticed myself spcaing out a lot more and I feel like I'm thinking less? It's really hard to describe. Anyways I'm really excited to statr file 2 tonight so that's gonna be it for this entry! Be back soon!

@The_Fabled_Aesop Tiffy got sick recently so she couldn\'t listen to the files. Luckily for her, coming back to the files after a break can really help reinforce the addictive nature of them, so we should see consistent results going forward!
