I listened to both files that I have used with TrainHypnoLoss. It has been a few weeks since I listened to any of hem and I didn't have time for HypnoLoss. For the first one I don't know if I fell asleep or if the memory loss worked. I remember getting to three on the countdown. They next thing I knew, more counting was going on. This was the count for waking up. When I've fallen asleep during hypnosis before it was the lack of sound that woke me, not the wake-up count. That makes me think that the memory loss worked. For the second file, I remember being under and I remember being instructed to forget the trigger and being under. I have not used this file with HypnoLoss as often so my results seem correct. The only way to be sure would be to give someone my trigger which I sort of remember from the description.
