I decided to alter my regimen a little bit. For the past year plus, I've been listening to to my files only on my days off in the afternoon. I recently started doing it nightly before I go to bed. We'll, and I mean that litterally, see where that takes us. Thus far, I think it is having a positive effect. Trances are getting deeper and feeling more pronounced. Definate headway in that capacity. Full visualization in trance is starting to develop. I believe I'm on the verge of a breakthrough moment. It is now up to discipline and time.
