Seeking the perfect delivery system -subliminal experimentation-

Home from work now and feeling both sick and pissed off (pissed because I have another meeting to go to in the morning..shit!! shit shit shit) but back to business so to speak..I generated subliminal combo 1 (SubCombo 1) at two different time lengths, a 9 minute and a 12 minute. While listening to it I am very intensely focused, and tend to get drawn into whatever I am doing if I do it for too long, for example while waiting for water to boil for tea and listeningn to SubCombo 1 I suddenly realized I had been staring at a pan for at least a minute. I am liking the focus..but my goal remains a ways off still as I will ultimately choose a file which has always failed to effect me and plant it inside the finished SubCombo..The next thing I will test is to use the formula for SubCombo 1 and change 1 thing (something which is an inaudible subliminal) So basically what I seek to find out here is if certain sound combinations used subliminally will set my mind at ease and assist in bypassing my resistance, and also I seek to come up with a more effective mask so to speak for the files I will use.
